A drunk motorcycle rider behind our client rear-ended the motorcycle on which she was a passenger, sending it crashing onto the road at 45 mph. Our client suffered a deep elbow laceration with exposed bone, road rash on her face, arms, shoulders, elbows, hands, wrists, fingers and right knee.
